No oils, grease, or heavy products. 💳 PAYMENT Remaining balance is due CASH ONLY at your appointment. ⏰ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled/rescheduled, your deposit forfeited, and late fees may apply. 🚫 NO CALL / NO SHOW No call/no shows may result in additional fees and refusal of future bookings. 👥 GUEST POLICY No extra guests unless receiving a service. Parents/guardians may accompany children with appointments. 👧🏽 CHILD APPOINTMENTS Children must be able to sit for their service. Excessive movement, continuous crying, or refusal to remain seated may result in additional fees or appointment cancellation. 🥤 FOOD & DRINKS No food or drinks allowed on the salon floor. 📌 CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING Please refer to your confirmation email for all cancellation and rescheduling details. If you would like to cancel your appointment please do it at least 48hrs prior to your appointment,
